Dr Elizabeth Ann Diamond
Diabetes Mellitus Type 11 is a killer but this does not have to be so.
I know about this disease at first hand, my mother died ten years ago, she lost
her feet to gangrene, at the end she suffered a massive stroke leaving her
unable to communicate, she passed away seven days later . When she was diagnosed
I did not wish to follow her so I decided to train in Naturopathic Nutritional
Medicine and Iridology, then more study including an honours degree in
psychology. After many years and further qualifications I am now a Doctor Of
Metaphysical Sciences. Early this year I was invited to join the Royal Society
of Medicine.
On 16th March 2008 I ended up in Hospital after a large abscess had developed in
just 4 days and was diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Type 11. I must have
suffered from this condition undiagnosed for three years. So I took all that I
knew and studied and researched some more. I refused any medication after I was
released from hospital and worked to do everything possible to help myself. Less
than 8 weeks later I had a normal blood glucose reading, I am still at risk but
if it is possible to keep my blood glucose under control I will do it.
I am now in the process of putting together an eCourse, workshops and talks
designed to help all at risk of Diabetes Mellitus Type 11. These will also
benefit therapists and practitioners. My website contains details of dates on

I will be doing a talk on Naturopathic Iridology which will focus on how those
at risk of Diabetes Mellitus Type 11, can help themselves, on Saturday 19th July
2008 in Weston-super-Mare at A Day of Enlightenment. See
