Introductory Letter:

On our advisory panel we are fortunate to benefit from the presence of a number of professional writers. You can now benefit from their experience and skills. The proposal is very simple:

If you would like us to write to any charity, support group, patient advisory panel, GP, hospital unit or any other trauma support contact in your local area to introduce you as one of our registered and vetted trauma specialists we will be happy to do so on your behalf. The service is entirely free. All that we ask that you meet the cost of postage which will be one second class stamp per letter and that you provide the contact list in excel or similar format.

The introductory letter will be sent on our standard stationary and will include your contact details. This is an ideal way of raising your profile.

Resources:

Historical Data Searches
Trauma therapists often assist with people with long term serious medical conditions caused as a result of a previous occupation, a prime example being people who have contracted cancer as a result of being exposed to asbestos without protective equipment. It is often difficult for people to trace early employment history as companies etc have often closed, been taken over and moved on. Of prime interest is identifying the former employer's insurance company. In many cases the insurance company will have been taken over, amalgamated with larger companies and so on. However, the liability for any claims arising from the earlier period will have been assumed by the new owners so it is possible to make claims for compensation, in many cases dating back decades. I've discovered a company that can provide a specialist search facility for historical company data, having succeeded in many cases where company's house and other official channels have failed.

They are Capital Office:

Capital Office are one of the few companies in the UK able to provide this service so this is one to add to your resources list – contacts name is John. Searches start from a very reasonable £50 plus VAT,
