What is the purpose of this register?

To provide a UK based register of Trauma Specialists to which the public can confidently refer.  The  Register of Trauma Specialists seeks to promote best practice in trauma care and support

How do you vet Registrants?

All Registrants have to meet our registration criteria - they have to be able to show evidence of training and/or be experienced in their areas of specialism and must demonstrate evidence that they hold professional indemnity insurance

Do you accredit training courses?

Yes we do - we are currently developing our relationship with training course providers.  Graduates of accredited training courses will be eligible for registration with us as registered Trauma Specialists.  Graduates of an accredited training course are eligible for their first 12 months registration free of charge.  This free registration does not include insurance cover.  All insurance premiums must be paid directly to the insurer - click here for more information on training course accreditation

Do you provide access to an insurance scheme?
