What happens next?

• If you have emailed the Register direct we will endeavour to respond within 3 working days
• If you have contacted a trauma specialist directly we ask them to respond to your inquiry within 3 working days.  Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly as this is the most common reason that you may not get a response
• If you have mailed us with details of a resource we will contact you within 3 working days
• If you have submitted a book review we will contact you within 3 days with comments and/or questions or to advise you of publication
  
  If you do not hear from a registrant after contacting them please let us know.  It may be that their contact email address may need to be updated on our database.  Sometimes email does go astray.  The majority of registrants on this site have contact telephone numbers - your conversation with one of our registrants will be subject to strict confidentiality rules.
