Penny is a fully qualified, registered and extremely experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, specially trained in Critical Incident Debriefing and EMDR for the prevention and alleviation of PTSD.

Penny also holds Diplomas in NLP, Hypnoanalysis, Hypnoesitherapy, EFT, Past Life Regression, IBS Therapy and Smoking Cessation, and holds the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice awarded by the GHR. 

Penny is a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary & Alternative Practitioners, the General Hypnotherapy Register, the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations, and the UK IBS Register.
