Kimberley Pledger- RTS
Registration No: 00079

ITEC Accredited
General Council for Massage Therapy Registered

Kimberley is a massage therapist specialising in touch aversion and PTSD. She works through massage to manage some of the symptoms associated with PTSD such as hypervigilance, muscle tension and insomnia. Working with survivors of abuse, rape and torture she re-introduces positive touch so that clients feel confident about their own spatial boundaries and can learn to tolerate and enjoy consensual positive touch.

Kimberley practices from Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms, Borough Market, in central London and welcomes self-referrals as well as those from other healthcare professionals. Ideally, Kimberley prefers to work in conjunction with a client’s consultant, as it is not uncommon for issues to arise during massage sessions which are best handled by psychological experts.
