Dr Shoshanah Lyons is a BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist, working in the NHS for a child and adolescent mental health service in Brighton, and with adults, children and families in her private practice across Sussex. Shoshanah holds a doctorate qualification in Clinical Psychology, an MSc in Experimental Psychology and a BA in Philosophy. She has specialised in trauma since 2004 and has obtained post-doctoral training in solution-focussed brief therapy and EMDR. Shoshanah is also a registered Expert Witness with the BPS in the areas of mental health, trauma and family proceedings.

Shoshanah values integrative and collaborative approaches to therapy, and has worked extensively with children and adults who experience complex trauma, military trauma, childhood abuse and complicated bereavement.

As well as treatment, Shoshanah offers clinical assessment and medico-legal reports, supervision, consultation, and training.
