Coping Quickly And Effectively With Emotional Distress

As well as being a Trained Counsellor, I hold a Diploma in Stress Management and Hypnotherapy. I qualified with the Royal Society of Public Health and have worked for the NHS dealing with trauma in its primary phase. Supporting relatives of deceased through Identification Procedures, RTA Fatalities, Suicides and Autopsy Procedures and Homicides, I gained invaluable and extensive experience working with the bereaved.

I work within the Human Givens Approach and am trained in the Rewind Technique which is effective in removing the effects of PTSD and Anxiety Disorders.

I have helped clients to recover from depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, bereavement, sexual abuse and many other issues that affect us in our daily lives.

I am a member of Human Givens Institute, The European Studies Institute, Counselling Ltd and the Trauma Register.
