Jane Taylor is a qualified, experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. Registered Trauma Specialist. Jane also has experience and qualifications in community health and social studies, which backs up and enhances her ability to work with and understand the needs of others.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person Centered Therapy and Gestalt.

Jane also works LIVE on BBC Radio Derby and BBC Radio Stoke as an Agony Aunt. With a regular 'Dear Jane' feature in the Uttoxeter Post & Times, Jane gives advice on reader’s problems.

Jane also works as an independent confidential counsellor for the Prison Staff Welfare Service and is consulted by professionals including
