Kay is a BACP accredited integrative counsellor and qualified hypnotherapist running a private practice in the centre of Exeter.  She works with clients presenting a wide variety of issues including adult mental health, anxiety and stress management, fears and phobias, depression, addictions, relationships, trauma and critical incident debriefing. Kay has also trained in EMDR and EFT, and is at present training to be a counselling supervisor.
