It is through my experiences whilst serving with the British Airborne Forces and seeing the long term effect some of those experiences had on comrades that first gave me an interest in PTSD.

I have since trained and qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Critical Incident Debriefing, Counselling, Bereavement Counselling, EMDR, Kinesiology and various other lesser known therapeutic techniques.

I run Post Graduate training courses for members of the National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists and I am also a Mentor to newly graduated members.

I run workshops on various Hypnotherapy related subjects to small groups and regularly do presentations on Hypnotherapy to 2nd year nursing students in Bradford University.

I have recently joined North Yorkshire Council "MIRT". Major Incident Response Team.

I live and work in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire. The nearest larger towns are Ripon and Harrogate.
