Douglas has a proven track record in industry and education. He has trained extensively in martial arts as well as having an interest in their use within the wider framework of the security related fields. During this somewhat eclectic career he forged a keen interest in not only helping and assisting others but also developed a fascination with ways in which the mind and body can work together for optimum effect. Douglas has completed many areas of training for his own personal use including Ving Tsun Kung Fu, the Alexander Technique, Transcendental Meditation and Autogenics to name but a few.

As well as this he has also completed thorough training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP as well as EMDR with recognised training schools namely the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, the College of Integrated Therapies and the Dominic Beirne School of Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

Douglas is committed to ongoing training and development. He is highly professional and seeks to deliver the best possible service to his clients. He is an approved therapist with the National Phobics Society. He is also an Assistant Editor of the excellent Online Hypnotherapy Articles Magazine.
