Specialities: Stress, trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); anxiety, depression, panic, phobia, travel phobia, pain management, grief and bereavement, abuse; redundancy counselling, self-esteem and confidence. I specialise in working with clients with PTSD, anxiety and depression as a result of RTA, accident at work or other traumatic event.
